
Accountability, good communication, ethics, morality, commitment to the environment and respect, are just some of the values companies look for people to fill positions, to be leaders and even seek these values in all employees the same.
At least this is what they say, is what should be, but you always right? Faced with a crisis, risky or a situation in which there is much to gain, Do you always “play it cleanly? Do you always-respected securities companies say they have? Unfortunately, But the worst of the situation is that several companies are looking for people who have no problems ignoring these values as long as you reach the desired goal.
