Bullying rises 43% in the last few years. 

Harassment at work or “mobbing” has increased by 43% in the last few years representing more than 2.5 million people.

The current economic crisis means we are in difficult times in terms of finding work, but for some, it is also very difficult to keep their job without suffering some kind of harassment.

It is true that we are in a free market economy, and as such, the law of supply and demand is what drives everything including the job market. The demand for labor is far lower than the supply of labour and that means, the employer is holding all the cards.

Mesa del Diálogo Social en La Moncloa

Before the end of this month, the Government believes that it closed the dialogues on labor reform. This week is about to begin, further meetings will take place, hoping to define what will happen in the workplace. We could say that these days will be very intense.

It seems that some people care less the real situation of unemployment exists and what it brings. Faced with this unfortunate situation, there are people who do not spend time and seek out its own advantages of the despair of many to find work.

They promise safe, sell illusions, secured a place of employment, but in the end nothing comes. And the worst of the whole situation is that in the midst of this promise of work, the person will draw some money for their own benefit, or rather for their own business. A business selling illusions, a total fraud.
