This catalog, which is referred to in Article 50.a) of the Regulations of the Organic Law 4 / 2000 of 11 January on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, approved by Royal Decree 2393 / 2004, Dec. 30, contains the occupations in which the Public Employment Services have found difficulty in managing jobs that employers have when they want to cover vacancies.
